How To Set Daily Goals

I’m a goal-setter. Whether or not I meet my goals, I like setting things. I like lists and things to be organized.

So when I found this article ( I was tickled and thought it could be useful to those of you who have trouble setting goals or are thinking about having daily goals. 🙂

Hope you find it useful!

Ciao for now!

Hey there!

Apologies for the lack of posts lately! It’s shameful really. Alissa has been busy with work deadlines and Bree has been busy packing and dealing with interviews trying to land a job.

So today’s post is about busy lives and how to stay healthy during the busiest of times! I know you’ve heard this from me before, but make time for you!!

If you have a treadmill, make a goal of walking for 10 minutes. Yes, just 10 minutes. Some of you may even be able to stay productive during this 10 minutes by catching up on your favorite magazine, listening to the newest song you bought, or even just walk-off some stress from the day. If you don’t have a treadmill, go around your block once or go to the end of your street and back (depending on the length of said street…)

I try to prep food for a few days in advance so all I have to do is grab the already-peeled carrot and eat it while sorting through the mail and throw my chicken and veggies in the microwave while I hop in the shower. (Alissa and I are “master-multitaskers” and we find ways to do multiple things at once.) Healthy food can really make you feel good after a hard day…so can coffee-cake, but your hips/thighs/stomach won’t appreciate it and I know I feel guilty if I give in to stress-eating….

I know these things may seem common-sense, but take some time to look into your life and find ways to make positive, healthy changes!

Alissa and I will do our best to bring you posts more frequently!
