I’ll be straight with you all, I have anxiety. For the most part I can control it, but sometimes it spins out of control. I found this article and I will be trying some of these myself, or at least the ones I don’t already do!
Alissa and I can already tell you that caffeine is not your friend if you get anxious. Most of the time it will make you even more jittery and spastic.
