Hey readers and fellow bloggers!
It took way too long, but I finally dropped 10 more pounds which now has me at a total of 20 pounds lost since 8/4/13!
Honestly, I think I could have met this goal sooner, but school stress and woes got to me and I fell off the wagon for a little bit. I’m back on (obviously) and I’m feeling great! That’s not to say this has been easy by any stretch of the imagination. I have been hungry, cranky, tired, and miserable…mostly due to school on top of this whole eating restriction. It’s taken a toll, but I know that I’m better off now than 20 pounds ago.
Feeling better about your body can also help you face life challenges better because in our minds we tend to focus on our looks and that can drop our self-esteem which makes our moods unfavorable when taking on challenges. That’s my personal opinion on the matter.
I have such a long way to go, but I’m hoping to lose 10 more pounds by Christmas, doable? I think so 😉
