Let’s Try Adding Cardio

So, I’ve been in a little plateau for a few weeks. Is it frustrating? Yes, totally. Should I give up? Heck no!

You know what I did? I finally started adding some cardio.

I’ve been doing leg and ab strengthening exercises and I feel like my body needs a little extra “something” now. So every Saturday, I do some Tae Bo. I LOVE Tae Bo. It gets you moving and it’s fun and not very complicated. I had to be honest with myself to keep from going all gung-ho by realizing that I really shouldn’t do more than once a week to start for the sake of my back and knees.

So I’m still doing my strengthening exercises and every Saturday now, I do Tae Bo.

Let’s hope this gets my body out of it’s funk! Hoorah!
