Serving Size: Halves

A great way to not overeat while eating out is to immediately put 1/2 of your entree into a “take-away” container. Seriously.

Lexi and I were out eating somewhere a while back and she suggested this! It’s great because it gets the extra food out of sight and you have lunch for the next day! It’s fantastic and it really helps me to not overeat and have some portion control.
