I’m at it again. Looking around on the internet for ways to tone muscles or get a little bit of activity in the day.
I found this and haven’t yet tried it, but it looks great, especially #1. I’m going to attempt it this week.
Note: Please modify it to you. If you have bad knees, don’t squat so far down etc… and as always consult your doctor before starting any diet or exercise plan!
